As a Contact Center employee, you answer phone, fax and/or e-mails from clients and customers. This can be everything from taking short calls such as hotel or flight reservations to solving intricate computer technical issues or noting a customer’s complaint.
In each case, professional interaction with the customer and resolving the issue is the key. You will be thoroughly trained by our clients to ensure that you have the tools and abilities to help your customer. Depending on our clients’ wishes, we can offer you a temporary agreement or an interim contract.
