ECDPM helps to reduce the ‘asymmetries’ in policy making and implementation between Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) and the European Union. We do this by reinforcing the capacities of public, private and non-profit organisations in Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific to better manage their own development policies and international cooperation. We also work with the European commission, member states and organisations in Europe to render European development policies and instruments more effective.
